If you’ve ever owned a laptop, then you definitely know how important it is to have enough juice while you’re on the go. So, here are some tips for you:
1. Always have some spare I know this might not help that much if you own a Macbook, with 8+ hours of battery, but for most PC users, this is going to be a really helpful thing to think about. If, for example, you’ll be hitting the road the whole day, this might be a good thing to do, instead of having to stop by a local restaurant to charge yours up.
2. No half-charges I know sometimes you don’t have enough time to wait for your battery to be fully charged, but charging your battery for only half-an-hour each time ain’t that much of idea either. This is where Tip #1 comes in. Remember batteries are primarily composed of chemical substances, which might get damaged if not cared for properly.
3. If stationed, no battery please! If you know you’ll be sitting at the same spot for a long time, it may be a good idea to remove the battery from your laptop once it’s fully charged. Doing this is not only good for your battery, but it will also let you rest from constantly checking the status of the battery’s charge.
I hope these few tips are helpful to you as they have been for me… Seeya!
